Common billing questions
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel anytime through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your Premium access continues until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again after cancellation.
What payment methods are accepted? ▾
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), direct bank transfer, and USSD. Nigerian bank accounts are fully supported via Paystack. International cards also accepted.
Is there a free trial? ▾
The free tier is available permanently — you can use Forj without paying. We may offer limited Premium feature previews at launch. Check the app for current trial availability.
What happens to my matches if I cancel? ▾
Your matches and conversations are preserved. You'll revert to the free tier limits (20 swipes/day, 3 Super Likes), but existing matches and message threads remain fully accessible.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Refunds are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store per their respective policies. Contact support@forjapp.com for billing issues we can assist with directly.
Will pricing change after the early bird period? ▾
The 20% early bird discount applies to the first 5,000 subscribers. Standard pricing is ₦9,999/month. Founding members who subscribe during the early bird window lock in their rate.
